Mexican Pasta

This paste is used for patchwork cutters, is a paste that can be stretched very thin and dries very fast, ideal for these cutters.

The pasta is best stored wrapped in plastic wrap and then in a zip bag (to freeze) because it dries quickly. Do not store in the fridge! It is best to keep small parts separated as above (since it takes very little paste patchwork cutters each time) and freeze.

When you go to use the cutters, remove a portion of the freezer the night before and ready :-)

Ingredients:

225 grams of icing sugar (sifted)

3 teaspoon of CMC (or xanthan gum, tragacanth or Tylos)

30 ml of cold water
